Goble and Thomas account book, 1816-1828.

The records consist of an account book dating from 1816-1828 that was probably kept by Luther Goble and Frederick S. Thomas. The volume tracks the sale of shoes and general goods such as butter, molasses, calico, and buckwheat, and records date, item sold, and price for each transaction. The accounts are indexed. The volume also contains a list of promissory notes and remittances from various businesses and individuals, and a small number of loose receipts.
